All customers placing an order with the Pharmacy Staples are required to log-in. This is to ensure that you are able to track current and previous orders.  

Making a Purchase

Orders may be made online via our secure checkout using PayPal, credit or debit card.

Changing your order

You cannot cancel or modify an order online once the checkout process has been completed. If there is a mistake in your order, please notify us immediately and quote your Order number so we can rectify any errors prior to processing your order.

Delivery Information

Pharmacy Staples mainly uses AUSTRALIA POST for all parcels.

Shop online securely with Pharmacy Staples and get a $7.95 flat rate shipping to anywhere in Sydney.

Complimentary delivery to (Riverview, Lane Cove, Northwood, Longueville, Greenwich)   

We offer FREE standard shipping on all Australian based orders over $100 AUD.

Once we receive your order, it will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving.

Estimated delivery - 3-5 business days.

Please note these delivery times are to metro suburb areas, rural post codes can take a few more working days.

Returns Policy

Refunds are only offered in case of manufacturing faults.

Defective Product:

Pharmacy Staples endeavours to ensure that all products are free from damage and defects and staff do a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for us to consider exchange for the defective product.  Please note refunds or exchanges cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.

Returns

  • Products must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
  • Products must be in original packaging.

Return Process

Pharmacy Staples is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as Pharmacy Staples is also not responsible for returns lost by Australia Post.

Please keep in mind when we receive return deliveries we aim to process them within 10-15 business days, but high volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays. We apologise for any inconvenience. 

  

Complaints & Comments / Claims & Disputes

Claims concerning the product delivered must be lodged within 48 hours following delivery of the product.

Claims or disputes will always be examined with the greatest care. It is expected that the customer is acting in good faith when making any complaint(s). The customer should first contact us to seek a solution.
